Beano has agreed to baby-sit his girlfriend's baby boy, Billy, while she is busy, but does not realize from what he is told about him that Billy is in fact a little rascal menace. Later, when he receives a phonecall while babysitting, and is asked to a ball game, Beano quickly volunteers Evie to watch Billy, along with some assistance from the most unlikely bunch of people possible, Chris, Kyle and Buzz, in order to be able to leave and attend the game. Though problems occur soon enough when Evie accidentally gleams the little toddler into a full grown 30-year old man so that she can understand what he is saying.
