While the girls are at Grandma's, the guys decide to spend the day fishing. Jesse brings along his old girlfriend Roxanne, now Super Star, with her backup singers. Danny, who's bragged of being an amazing fisherman, has not gotten a single bite.

At the TV station, Jesse meets Danny's co-worker, and old friend of Danny's, Robin Winslow. He uses Michelle's cuteness to get a date with her. When Jesse comes home later that day, Robin is also there. Then Jill, another woman Jesse dated, shows up. This is when things become complicated.

When Stephanie catches the chicken pox, it quickly spreads to Jesse, who thought he had it as a child, and Joey, who believed he was immune. With an important sportscasting gig ahead, and a baby who shouldn't get chicken pox, Danny really needs a sitter. D.J. returns home from a planned slumber party to babysit the family.

The whole family comes out to support him, but with some talent scouts present, Joey faces public humiliation. As a result, Joey decides to put an end in his comedic career. D.J. follow Joey's lead and quit the guitar.

Danny develops a crush on Stephanie's Honeybee troop leader, Linda. When she asks him on a date, the only things standing in his way are his two older daughters, who are not too happy about Danny's decision to date again. Meanwhile, Jesse and Joey are putting together an indoor playground in the living room for Michelle.

Jesse, who has been waiting to spend a romantic weekend alone with his girlfriend, are delighted when Danny and Joey and the girls are going to Disneyland. But, when they have to return home because the airplane could not take off in fog, it wrecks Jesse's plans. Jesse complains that he has zero privacy in this house.
